Ombudsman

This channel allows our employees to submit complaints related to services, behaviors and practices in the company.

The Ombudsman is part of Gruv's compliance program. It is an instrument for detecting possible irregularities, such as failures, internal and external fraud, illegal acts and non-compliance with ethical principles and internal policies.

The compliance program allows for the recording of all calls in a single location, following confidentiality rules to protect those who may not publicly identify themselves, as provided for whistleblower protection and combating retaliation.
